Connected Expansion originally started as “Nature Connects” a social club designed to bring women of all backgrounds together through movement and the outdoors. We held group hikes, free movement classes in Phil Hardberger Park here in San Antonio, Tx. , and attended women’s only events as experience stations that brought out that same inner child play you’ll see in the club today.

As you may notice, our values and experiences haven’t changed at all. From the very beginning we knew what we stood for and who we stand by. It’s you ladies, the women in the messy middle just trying to figure life out, rediscover who we are, make some friends along the way, and have fun while doing it.

I took a little break over the last year or so, not because I lost sight or because I necessarily wanted the community to change but because I as the owner had a whole lot of life happening. I had lessons that needed to be learned, some confidence that needed to be strengthened, and my heart to be reminded that building the “business” was missing the plot. Building the community, the home, the safe space for women to experience life and expand is the mission, not the destination. One of the things I want to remind you girls is that we are all on this journey of life together. It took me this long to open up the club because I needed to learn who I was just a little bit more and full transparency I’m still figuring that out. At least now, we can finally do it together.

I am so pleased to say after some time of re-building, a whole lot of learning, some self- exploration, and a nice little brand upgrade - Connected Expansion is ready for the world! Welcome home girls, I can’t wait to experience a little more life with you.
